Tools needed for assembly: 1/4" open wrench or socket

Remove Cart from packaging

Check to see that you have all of the following parts:
1. Cart frame
2. Cutting Board with riser tube
3.
Two Tires
4. 1 Handle with grips
5. Bait basket with zip-lock baggie containing rod tube covers and instructions
6. Hardware Pack
7. Caster wheel with tube
8. Back "T" foot
9. Axle

Check harware pack for the following items:
1. 2 qty U-bolts
2. 4 qty 5/8" flat washers
3. 4 qty 1/4" flat washers
4. 4 qty 1/4" lock nuts
5. 3 qty detent pins
6. 2 qty circle cotter rings
7. 3 qty nylon lanyards
Turn Cart frame over, line up axle between holes, take 2 u-bolts and line up over the axle, and through the holes
Turn cart over so that it is sitting on the axle, and the u-bolt threads are showing;
put 1 - 1/4" flat washer and 1 - 1/4" lock nut on each u-bolt thread.
Tighten nuts with 1/4" open wrench or socket (not provided)

Turn the cart over so the axle is facing up.
Take 2 of the 5/8" flat washers and put them on each end of the axle.
Slide a tire on each end of the axle.
Get 2 of the 5/8" flat washers, put one on each end of the axle next to the tire.
Get the 2 cotter rings out of hardware pack, feed them through the hole on each end of the axle.

Turn the cart over so that it is sitting on the wheels.
Get the front caster wheel, insert the tube into the square tube on the front of your cart.
Take one lanyard from the hardware pack and loop it around the front square tube, putting one loop through the other.
Get 1 detent pin from the hardware kit, and feed the ring through the end of the lanyard.
Take the detent pin and insert it through the bottom holes in the front tube to hold in your front caster wheel.
It should snap in place.
Insert the "T" foot into the tube on the back of your cart, then loop a lanyard around the tube, and insert a detent pin, just as in the steps above.
Insert the handle into the top of the tube on the front of your cart, loop a lanyard around the frame of the cart, and feed a detent pin through the lanyard.
Insert the detent pin through the holes of the handle and the front tube of your cart.
It should snap into place.
Open the zip lock baggie and take the black rod tube cover out. Line up each rod tube cover on the top of each rod tube and push down snugly into place. Repeat for each rod tube and cover.
Insert the riser tube of your cutting board into the rod tube holder of your choice. Then snap the black mesh bait basket into the cutting board.
